GROUP WORK REFLECTIONS
THE SIX PILLARS OF FAITH
Assalamualaikum and nice to meet you again!
Okay, I would like to share another reflection about the six pillars of Iman which are beliefs in Allah, God's Angles, God's Revealed Books, Messengers of God, the Judgement Day and Predestination.
For your information, this is our topic that my group concist of 3 people namely Huda Nazar, Hayani and me. We all need to present this poster in the seventh session or last class.
First of all, I want to share how I strengthen my faith to God's Revealed Books. Lets begin!
👉 After Maghrib and Ashr prayers I always try, tirelessly and desperately to improve the recitation
of Al - Quran by learning the science of tajwid to be true and fluent. It is important for Muslims
to be able to recite the verse of Quran beautifully and understand its meaning. I really like doing it. Alhamdulillah..
👉 It is obligatory for Muslims to always make His books (Quran) as a guide or basis in living life in
this world. Because in the Quran it is written what we should do and what we should not do.
👉 We must practice good behavior on a daily basis in accordance with what is listed in His books and always avoid behavior that is not allowed in the scriptures.
Secondly, I want to tell you a little about how I believe in predestination of Allah.
👉 I try not to be sad about whatever has happened to me because I know Allah is testing His
servant. "Allah will not test His servant more than his ability" these are the words that I always
hold on to. Also, I learned not to worry to much about my future because I fully believe that
everything is written in Lauhul Mahfuz. What I have to worry about is the deeds and the good
that I have done. In shaa Allah.
👉 As a Muslim, I should rely on Allah. Always believe in Allah's destiny, do as much as we can and
then depend on Allah because Divine Decree is the best decision for His servant.
The Prophet said : "Take precautions for everyone is guided to what is destined for him". As for
you have to drink to quench your thirst. If something bad comes, it is because of our bad deeds
and if something good comes to us, it is from Allah's grace.
That is all that I often do to strengthen my faith to Allah's revealed books, Al-Qada and Al-Qadar. For sure it is not enough and never will be enough. we will try our best to upgrade our worship to Allah from time to time, slowly but surely.
I hope this will benefit you guys in anyway.
Thank you for your time ^ ^
